I have installed the Trello app on Freshdesk to facilitate integration. I'm not sure if this is a bug or what. But every time I need to create a new card from the ticket I received, I assign it to a particular list ("Requests Submitted"). When the card was created, it appears on the "In Progress" list. Has anyone of your clients experienced the same issue? I contacted the helpdesk of Freshdesk and the guy recommended to get in touch with the developer becase "... as this is a third-party app we are unable to check the logs at our end. Do let us know if they helped you with a solution to this issue."

There are also a couple of shared email solutions that allow you to work directly from Trello instead of using FreshDesk. The SendBoard power up lets you use Trello as a helpdesk:
Although since it's a powerup it won't work from mobile devices. I created BenkoDesk which does the same thing but works from any device:
Although it's awaiting Google verification so you can't currently sign up without a big ugly warning. I'd be happy to take you through it if you'd like :)
Hi Iain, I've already contacted softwaredevtools regarding the issue we're having with Freshdesk and Trello. So far there's only one board that hasn't worked seamlessly yet. The others are perfectly fine now. :)
