We're using a card as a virtual sign-up sheet. The card uses a template that has 9:00, 9:15, etc. People will edit the card to sign up by a time, then save their sign-up. Later their sign up will disappear, even if other people have not entered the card since they signed up. The template data remains untouched.
We really don't think it's user error; it's been working for four months, it's just this past month that it's become a problem. And it's rare to accidentally/unknowingly delete just one piece of data as opposed to the whole card. Plus the whole, data disappears without anyone having entered the card since the data was entered, thing.
Any insights as to what might be going on?
