Como recuperar la información de una tarjeta eliminada

Good morning, i'm COO of our company, we are using Trello since 4 years ago, we love it but we need to be able to recover a card if it is deleted by mistake, at least on the same day it was accidentally deleted.

There's no way to recover a "deleted"/eliminada tarjeta, only archived/archivadas tarjetas. If archived, puedes recuperar in the "Show Menu" button, then "archived items". 

But if deleted, no puedes recuperar unless you have "Backups for Trello" power-up on your board antes de elimenes una tarjeta.
