I have been able to write and save comments up unitl +/- a week ago. I have gone through the various support recommendations that include the following:
- Logging in and out - did not resolve the issue
- Clearing my browser cache - that did not resolve the issue
- Opening up an "incognito" tab and launching Trello - did not resolve the issue
- I have checked and confirmed my internet speed - using Starlink - no issue here
- I have gone into settings and confirmed that I/we have the correct read and write permissions for adding and editing comments
- I have updated my Chrome, logged out and logged back into Trello - that did not resolve the issue
- The cards have been checked and I have confirmed that none of them are 'Templates'
This is all being experienced on my Macbook with the latest software updates.
My mac is operated with 'power' not battery - that has zero effect on resolving the issue
...interestingly enough I can log into Trello on my iphone AND I can add and save comments.
Lost in Alberta with no ability to save trello comments on my board :(
Need help please.
