Hi,

we are using the plugin to connect JIRA and Trello:

when we choose the trello board, it shows error:

This plugin is not allowed by this board's enterprise.

How to fix this?

This sounds like a restriction placed by your Trello Enterprise admins, who can allow and disallow certain Power-Ups. You'll want to bring this up with them to request Jira be allowed.
