Hello. I have 2 accounts in Trello. In my personal, free account I am able to collapse lists on Trello boards if I do not need them. However, in my work account, I cannot see the toggle to collapse them. Why this function not always available and how can I make it work?

The "Collapse list" feature is available only on paid plans. If you’re not seeing the collapse option on a particular board, please check if that board is part of a Free workspace—this could be the reason the feature isn’t available.
