Em um dia contratei o plano  Standard e vi que não me atendia, fiz upgrade para o plano premium minutos depois. 

Estão me cobrando os dois planos no mesmo mês. Como isso? 
Deveria ser apenas a contratação de um, tendo em vista que FIZ UPGRADE NO MESMO DIA.
