Closed board (trello)

A shared board that I used to access (https://trello.com/b/Bv8lY0Jn) has been closed and i dont know why.
What can i do to reopen? The admin dont have acess anymore (the email is old and he lost acess).

Hi!

There is a problem, "You can only reopen a board if you were an admin of the board."

I'm not a admin of the board. How do I become an administrator? Or how can the administrator gain access through another email, since the email they used to register is no longer in use and they no longer have access to it.
