Hello Trello Support Team,
I’m reaching out because we recently noticed unexpected charges on our Trello Premium account. It seems these charges are related to adding two additional multi-board users to our Buyer Board.
We were not aware that adding these users would generate extra fees, and since we are still learning the details of the Premium plan, this came as a surprise. We would like to ask for clarification on how these charges are calculated, and if it’s possible to remove the additional users to prevent further billing.
Additionally, we kindly request if there is any way we might receive a credit for the extra charges, as this was not intentional and we are still in the process of getting familiar with the plan.
We truly appreciate your support and guidance as we continue to use Trello to organize our work.
