Change name of persons

We need to change the name of some users.
These users if they go into the account management it says that only the administration of the space can change the name.
If I go into the administration account, I cannot change the name of these users.
How can I do this?

Trello uses Atlassian accounts for its user accounts.  These belong either to the individual, or your organisation if the account belongs to a domain you have claimed (domain is determined by the domain of the email address - nic@mydomain.net is my main Atlassian account, but I also use nic@adaptavist.com, and Adaptavist own that one)

In both cases, the name is set by the owner of the account.  You will have to ask the account owners to change their names.
