Nous avons nos cartes qui sont grisés clairs alors que nous n'avons touché a rien. A quoi cela correspond ? / Our cards are grayed out even though we haven't touched anything. What does this mean?

Hi @Audrey EBERLEIN  ,Welcome to the community!

I understand that your cards are appearing greyed out. I have a few questions and suggestions to help troubleshoot this:

  1. Could you try opening one of the greyed-out cards and performing an action on it, such as adding a comment?

    • After doing so, please check if the card is still greyed out.

  2. If the card is no longer greyed out, please check if you have enabled any Power-Ups like Card Aging on your board.

    • The Card Aging Power-Up will automatically grey out cards that haven’t been active for a while (depending on your settings).

    • If this Power-Up is enabled, inactivity is likely the reason for the greyed-out appearance.

Please let me know if you have any further questions! Since you’re entitled to premium support, you can also raise a ticket directly with us through the support portal for a quicker response.

Thank you!
