Cards being marked as completed without user interaction - any others having this problem?

For the last 24hrs, Trello Cards are being marked as complete without any user interaction with the card.  The activity on the card is reporting that it is the user who is marking the card completed but they're not doing anything - accidently or otherwise

@Justin Young - Hi! Is this across all boards or on a specific board? If a specific board, do you know if there are any automations set up (by yourself or other board members) that take an action to mark a card complete?

Check to see in the activity log if the action says "Via Automation"....

Hi @Daydreamer Mike - It appears board specific with zero automations / butler rules etc. being set.  These rogue status changes are all attributed to the same user - and I promise he's not touching anything.  Issue is compounded by cards previously marked as complete being set back to incomplete.  It's affecting about 20% of all cards one way or another - and it can occur outside of the working day when no users are even on the board.  This issue only started 2 days ago - The board in question has been operating normally for a month now.
