Cant find add members option

It says to add observers with view only perms into your trello board, it says click "add members" from the members section. But I cant see it. did it get removed or changed?
I can only see the "invite" option

Yes, we recently changed the terminology. The "invite" button will have the same functionality. Please note though that the board needs to be part of a Business Class team to have the Observer feature available.
