Hi there,
The admin of our Trello board has left the company. We are unable to add new folks to the boards now. All add requests go to the admin's (Jason's) email which we cannot access as that email is closed.
Please help how to proceed.

Is the email on a domain your company owns? You could try re-creating the email.
Otherwise, you may want to try contacting Atlassian directly.
