Cannot reopen closed board "CEO" - Only member, no admin (10 years old)

Hello,

Board URL: https://trello.com/b/W9Nc7kEv/ceo

I am a member of this board but it shows "CEO is closed." and says only board admins can reopen it.

This is a very old board shared with me about 10 years ago. I don't have access to the original admin account anymore.

Is there any way to reopen this board or promote my account to admin?

I would really appreciate any help from Atlassian staff or community.

Can you create a ticket using the contact form for Atlassian Support? https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

They are the ones that could investigate this.

I checked "Closed boards" but the Reopen button doesn't appear for the CEO board. It says "You were not an admin on this board, so you cannot reopen it."

Can Atlassian staff help promote my account to admin or reopen it? This board has important old data from 10+ years ago.

Hi @Aiden ROH 

I have taken a look at the board, and it is closed. The board admin's account was deleted due to inactivity over the last two years, as per our Dormant account policy, and because of that, the board is closed.

I have promoted your existing account  to board admin.Can you please try now to reopen the closed board under a new workspace and let me know if you face any issues? You can follow the steps mentioned in the doc Reopen a closed board.
