Cannot communicate to Dropbox through Trello Powerup

Hi. I am trying to get to the bottom of why Trello shows this message when I'm trying to add a powerup to one of my boards. I have asked Trello support several times, but never get a response. If anyone can shed any light onto how to resolve this, I would be very grateful.
