I’m reaching out because there’s no direct customer service phone number or email.
We recently noticed that we were charged an additional $130.00.
Last week, I emailed the address on the website to request cancellation of our Premium upgrade, as the service has not met my boss’s expectations.
Unfortunately, I did not receive a response.
I am formally requesting the cancellation of the Premium subscription and a full refund of the recent charge.
