Cancel using Trello for all accounts.

We want to cancel using Trello for all added accounts fir which was paid from exact one card.
It is really urgent as we wont be using Trello and I receive an email that I'll be charged for it. What is the further steps?

Trello billing works at the workspace-level so if you cancel the subscription for a workspace then all licenses associated with that workspace will be canceled. However, if multiple workspaces were charged to the same credit card, then you will have to cancel each of those subscriptions as well.
