I made a payment of $60.00 couple days ago thinking that it will allow me to use the paid options but Trello system is still promoting to upgrade. I need to cancel my subscription please. And I want someone to show me how to get the right subscription. Thank you.

Thank you so much. I actually found those steps and I followed them until I couldn’t find the section" billing" to continue. I checked my bank account, I see that Trello took their payment $ 60.00. Where else can I go to cancel this subscription. It's got to be another way to do this. Please help.

Hopefully you will have received an email letting you know the ticket has been created. If not, I would suggest checking your spam/junk folder in case the email has landed there.

You can cancel your Trello subscription from your Trello billing page by following these steps:
Select the Trello logo in the header to go to the Trello home page
From the left side bar, select your Workspace
Select Billing
Select Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page
Once the cancellation has been initiated, your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the subscription period.
