I would like to request the cancellation of my subscription that is linked to an email address I no longer have access to.
Unfortunately, I cannot log in to my account or manage the subscription myself because the original email address is no longer active. I kindly ask for your assistance in canceling the subscription on my behalf.

It would be hard everyone here to know which account and site problem you have. We are not all Atlassian Support that could get all the details about subscriptions..
