Cancel my subscription - I am the admin

Hello
I realized I have an old Trello premium account that renewed annually last September (2025).  I am trying to cancel it.  I am the admin.  I am logged in.  I do go to billing and click on 'cancel subscription'.  Then a 
Page not found:  This page may be private.  . . . .
Pops up.  I can not figure out what is happening or why and not able to find an answer in the community.  

Also, I can not find an appropriate URL to submit a ticket.  

Your help is appreciated if you happen to know.  Thank you.

It appears this was 'fixed' or other.  I was able to go in and change the account settings.
