Can you track someone when they view the board

Can you track someone when they view the board but make no changes?

I forgot to delete someone from my board and I am wondering now
how I can track to see when people are viewing what I sent and just havent responded.

Or just viewing the board and refuse to respond.

This is not recorded in Trello. Only once the user performs an action on a board we'd record that action in the board activity. We'd recommend removing users from the board, if you no longer would like them to access the information on that board: https://help.trello.com/article/779-removing-a-member-from-a-board

@percilla zeno what's the use case here? Like, how are people seeing what you're posting and why might they be refusing to respond?
