Can you create a rule that will copy & mirror to another board when added to current board?

We use Trello to manage our clients & potential clients.  After the consultation the intake form is uploaded to Trello & creates a card.  Each consult has a card that follows them through follow ups and ultimately becoming a client which then follows the client through their journey.  

We have different boards for different stages.  The consult board is the starting point where it all begins.  If the consult becomes a client it moves to on boarding and from there moves to the appropriate case manager.

Currently, I manually mirror the consult card to the person responsible for all the follow-ups of those that didn't hire for them to organize how they need to to keep track of them. (The original consult board is something that is monitored for other things which is why the card is mirrored to another board)

My question is - is there a rule that can automatically mirror the card to another board once added so that I don't have to go in and do it manually?  I know it can be automatically copied, but I want it mirrored.

Here is how to mirror a card with automation:

1. When adding actions to an automation, select the Add/Remove category

2. Find the create a card action

3. Select mirror from the card type dropdown
