Hello!

I am just trying Trello out for my company but I am struggling to figure out how we can all use it without having loads of different boards but saving everyone seeing everyones task´s as that would make the list too long... Ideally (i am not sure if this is possible) I would like to be able to have one board per person with for example pending, in process and done lists but for each person to only be able to see the tasks/activities they have been included in... I may be being thick but i cant seem to find a way to do this. Could anyone help please?

Trello is a pretty open tool, designed for collaboration. This means there are not so many ways of restricting information...

However, in your case, you really need to get into using the board filters, they are very powerful...

When in the board, hit the 'F' key or click on the Filters button in the top left to bring up the filters menu.

This is the one that will be a winner for your users:
