Is it possible to view all the project in a table way without using a google sheet plugin? Something that we could see project name, stage, project fee, all custom fields in rows and could also calculate the total job fee.
obs: I tried the premium for 2 weeks and couldn't really find a feature like that.

You can switch between table view and board view, but it's fairly new and doesn't show custom fields at this stage.
I don't know if you'd consider it a plugin, but there is a Trello-owned power up called Dashcards that allows you to view the cards in a tabular format. You can filter, add/remove/rearrange fields, pivot, and export as a csv. https://trello.com/power-ups/6048e897c73d032a983e2a7c/dashcards
You can also switch between the figure showing the total number of cards to showing a sum of values held within a custom field.
