On https://trello.status.atlassian.com/, there is a button called "Report a problem", but when you click on it, you can't report anything. It either guides you here or to Documentation. Seems dumb (and crappy service)

The "Report issue" button on the status page is designed to redirect users to our support portal at Contact Support . However, only Trello users with an active paid subscription are able to submit support tickets through our Support portal. Same thinking here. I am a big personal Atlassian fan and user and we also use a lot of their products in our company. For the enterprise part I have also been exceptionally happy with their support process. But clicking around in a quest to find a way to report outage for my personal account (paid user) without the possibility to post support ticket for P1 incident is really dumb.
