Can't remove labels off a card? When we do the system crashes and does not respond

When trying to remove a label off a card, the system just says not responding and then doesn't save any changes until we refresh the page.  Is there any way to resolve this?

@snunn my guess is it's already resolved, sounds like a network problem, can you confirm?

@Iain Dooley Thank you for your reply - no, this is still happening.  Everything else is working fine, its just the removing of labels from the cards.

@snunn okay so what I'd recommend is going to loom.com and recording a screencast showing this behaviour, then go back to trello.com/contact and go through the options to send them an email with the link to the screencast, and select the option to allow support access to your board.

Also a good idea to let them know what OS/browser you're using in case they can't easily tell from the screencast.
