I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to update the email address associated with my Trello account. I followed the steps by navigating to "Manage your account" → "Modify your email address" and was redirected to the Atlassian Account page, where I entered my new email address.
However, it has now been over a week, and I have not received any verification email at the new address. I have checked my spam/junk folders as well, but without success.
Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my previous email account, so I am unable to verify the change or receive any important communication. I would sincerely appreciate your help in updating my account with the new email address.
