Can’t open Trello App iOS

I used to use Trello on my iPhone but since I logged out to switch user I haven’t been able to log back in. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it didn’t work. 

I tried all log in methods but nothing worked:

1) via email or Google, it opens a page saying “this app wants to use Atlassian.com to log in” which redirects me to a Safari page id.atlassian.com which returns an error message “Safari can’t open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet” which is clearly wrong.

2) via Microsoft, I log in to Microsoft and receive a code via email, I enter the code and get a message “this site is trying to open another application” > Allow, but then I get an error message saying “Something went wrong. The application couldn’t be open”. 

3) via Apple, same error message than with Microsoft. 

I also tried to reset my Atlassian password.

Thanks guys! I actually just fixed it. I had disabled mobile data for most of my Apps while I was abroad via Settings. And while you can’t switch the mobile data for Safari like you can do it for all other Apps via Settings > select app, for Safari you have to go to Settings > Mobile > Safari and switch it back ON.

There are many reasons for which Safari browser on iPhone could give that error. You could try to install Chrome on your iPhone and see if that solves the problem.

Are you trying to login with a personal or work email address?

If it's a work email address, do you know if your account is managed?

Have you already tried logging in with your email address in a web browser via id.atlassian.com or start.atlassian.com?

Are you able to login to Trello via the web or a desktop app?

I’m using a personal email.

I’m logged in into id.Atlassian.com on my browser but I can’t see Trello the in “Our apps” section.

I’m also logged in into the browser version of Trello via Chrome. That works. 

It’s just logging into the iOS mobile app that doesn’t work. I haven’t tried on a laptop desktop app.
