Can't log in with emailaddress to workspace without acces to inbox for recovery code

Hi there,

I can't log in to my company's workspace with the main email address, as the recovery email with code that's sent I don't have access to.

Contacting admin from our company for access to is not a solution.

Earlier support answers here seem to say that we can contact support and:

  1. Go to Atlassian Support and select the following:
    • My Account
    • Choose “Log in Issues”
  2. Provide as much detail as possible:
    • The old email address associated with your account.
    • The new email address you want to use, and proof of identity


However, I this process doesn't seem to be available for our account as it can't find the url of our workspace (sherlockedbeurs).

How can we get access again with the email account or change the main account's email address?
