Can't log a support question because I only use Trello!

Hi - I am trying to resolve an account problem - our admin left and I can't assign myself admin rights to take over the management of our Trello account. I want to add someone. When I try to contact support, it asks for my URL (Atlassian) - but I do not have one as I only use Trello! PLEASE HELP and raise a support ticket and email me!!!
