Hello, I'm trying to insert a trello Board into Ms loop, but I can't. When I push the "allow" button in order to connect the two services, then nothing happens, I just got a blank window. I use a 365 ms bussines subscription and I have give the right permissions to my account from the admin center. Any idea?
Hi
Verify with your Microsoft 365 administrator that Cloud Policy's "Trello integration" policy is enabled and not disabled.
To find out if third-party integrations—particularly with Microsoft—are allowed, ask your Atlassian workspace administrator.
Thank you for your answer. Although all necessary policies have been set, I still can't insert Trello boards into Microsoft Loop. After clicking the 'Allow' button, a blank window appears and nothing happens.

Hi! Were you ever able to resolve this? I'm having similar issues setting up the integration.

I finally made it. I had to open a support case with Microsoft, which took three sessions with their representative and countless configuration changes in the 365 Admin Center that I can’t even recall. However, the Trello integration in Loop isn't what I expected. The boards don’t display correctly at all and is impossible to manage Trello through Loop, so it’s not useful to me.
