Can't find the Admin and need to re-open a Workspace

We don't have a premium account.

I am the ONLY person who uses Trello now but when it was first set up - it was set up by another ADMIN and no-one knows who this or how to find out... And a board has been deleted. I need to retrieve it. I can't seem to access anyone to speak to and it's critical to have the board re-opened. Can anyone help?
