Can't connect to account

I am loving using Trello in my work and am making a case to my manager to pay for it. Unfortunately the connection to it has been hugely unreliable, and 50% of the time when I try to load Trello.com I get an error response saying Chrome couldn't find the server. I've tried it on Safari and get the same response. I've disabled AdBlock, my extensions (which I actually really need for work too), and have cleared my cookies and browsing data. I am still encountering the problem. Can someone please tell me that they've found a solution because this is getting really long.

Haven't seen an issue like this - sounds like a bug for sure. Have you reached out to Trello support? 

In the meantime - have you tried the Trello desktop app?

 

Also Trello is currenly having an outage, so that could be the problem today, but it seems like you have been having this issue since before today, so I'd recommend reaching out to support.

Thanks Brittany, super useful. I didn't know about the desktop app, although I'm weary of using this as the app and website aren't syncing at the moment so having a third source of input might not help. 

Can you direct me to the Trello support? I assumed that's what this was :)

A community manager told me they had an outage but hadn't realised it was just today... it's definitely been happening for much longer than that!

Yeah no problem! It's support@trello.com - and we're just a bunch of excited Trello enthusiasts who have a lot of experience with the product around here, so always a great place to ask questions, but sometimes stuff like this we have to rope in the technical support team! :) 

Welcome to the community by the way! Once we get this issue resolved, we're happy to help you find your way around Trello and get the most functionality you can out of it! I've used it with several companies and clients before, so i can attest to it's value even outside of personal use!

there is an incident currently for Trello, you can follow the resolution here : https://trello.status.atlassian.com/

 

It should be back soon hopefully.

It's fixed! Just really bad timing for you and us - we don't normally have outages but it just happened today (knock on wood).
