Hello - I'm reposting my original question/problem in hopes of receiving a resolution to the issue of not being able to access my original premium account. This is due to Atlassian creating a new account using my [se***ger@w**c.**u ]email. When I try to log in using my [se***ger@pe***trics.wi**.e*u] email on my original account, it just bumps me to the new account.
