Can't access Trello Account

I was using a Trello account until about September 2024. When I try and log on using the email address I set it up with, it is now asking me to create a new account and says that I haven't made a board before. When I click on links to boards from last year, I get a sign in prompt. When I tried to log in, it seemed to create a new account and is asking permission from me to see my boards. I then asked MYSELF for permission to see the board, and never got a link. Is there someone to get a hold of to get to my old boards or are they lost forever?

It could be that you used 'login with Apple' (when you created the initial account or when you create the new account), which creates a separate account (under a masked email), so basically you end up with two different accounts. I would suggest login 'using your email' directly and then also separately 'login using Apple' to see which account has your old boards.

I tried that but it tried to create another account so I didn't use that way to create an account. The emails I have are to a gmail email account I have. I tried logging in with log in with google but that didn't work either.

Hi there! I have the same issue here. No matter which method I try to log-in (google, company microsoft, apple or email login), it does not take me back to the original account and the boards I had access to, only the "new" account with the exact same email address. This email address have received all the Trello notifications for the time I accessed Trello from my windows device, is now receiving "Create an Account" emails. 

What can I do to access my original account ?
