Can't Change Permission

I've added another member to one of my boards, but I can't change their permission to admin, even though I have Admin permissions myself.

Can anyone help me to solve this? Is there a reason I can't change the permission of the other account.

I have access to the other account as well if that helps.

I have the same problem. I know this is a year old so I will be interested to see if anyone answers. What do you mean by a virtual member.

@Jonathan Trinham usually this means that they're a virtual member -- are you sure you got the correct account?
