Can't Access Board I Own

I am the sole admin and creator of this board. It has been public ever since its creation but suddenly today I've seemed to have lost access to it completely, with a "Request access" error popping up each time I try to open it. I can't find it anywhere in my workspaces and I'm sure that I am using the same account that I used to create the board.

It would be appreciated if I could receive some assistance regarding this matter.

When was the last time you were successfully able to access the board?

When was the last time you accessed anything in the workspace with the account you are currently using to login?

Are you able to access other boards in the same workspace?

Does anybody else have administrator access to that workspace or to that specific board?
