Can sub tasks be assigned to different team members and if yes how can a supervisor see (control)

Hi!
We are a small e-commerce company looking for a PM tool.
there are 15 team members.
1) We need to create tasks with subtasks assigned to different team members.
2) we also need a possibility to upload tasks in bulk and, which is really crucial, to see
3) how many tasks have been accomplished by a team member within a given time (a week/month)
Can Trello fulfill all of these requirements? if yes, please, advise how.

Uploading tasks in bulk depends on the source of the tasks. If you have them in a spreadsheet, you can copy a column, paste into Trello and it will create a new card for each row:

But this only does card titles, if you wanted a more sophisticated import from a spreadsheet, you could use automation with Google Apps Script, for example this Trellinator function would do it:

For reporting, you can use Butler reports:

For example as people complete a task, they can move it into a Done list, then you can create a report for each person based on what was in the Done list each week, and archive all the cards in the list when the report is created.

You might also like the BlueCat reports power up. Placker also has lots of neat project management stuff.

Also, if you're running an ecomm company you probably have requirements for customer support using a shared email address. There are a few options there too that will allow you to run your support operations directly from Trello:

In general, what you'll find with Trello is that it may not have the same number of features as other systems, but it has a massive advantage in automating and integrating, and as such is the best "platform to rule them all", especially for a company with diverse operational, internal and external communication requirements as an ecommerce company.

Thank you, for the reply. All the resources are useful. I really appreciate your kind answer. Could you, please, advise on the organization of the following workflow: we have 100-150 projects (cards) a week, each project involves subtasks (boxes in a checklist), each subtask shall be assigned to a different team member. all subtasks are sequential. the question is how to get information (report) on how many subtasks have been accomplished by each team member for a week/month? Can we download such a report in .xls or .csv? (it means that in case of four subtasks first 3 members are only checking boxes and not moving the whole card into 'Done' list).

on your point (2) and (3) , the answer is Yes but likely with some additional cost and effort depending on how specific you need the output to be or where is the source of data and the automation you want to see.
