I'm new to Trello and I just created a board to share with my team. I was considering upgrading to the Business Class but am not sure if I need it or not.

My main goal is to allow a team of 10 to come into the board, and check items off the checklist that I've created for them once they are done. I want to know if I have to pay for each of these members to do this feature or if they are able to do this without having to pay for each person.

Any help is greatly appreciated

@Misty Ward  You can stay with free especially if you do not have automation. Should you want to assign members to checklist items or set due dates for them then you will need business class. BC comes with more quota for yourself and paid members. There is also a observer you can to a single board for free. But the person can only comment and vote - cannot do other edits cards.

How do I add my team of 10 (to one single board so as to not incur a fee) as "guests", where they can click the checklist? I'm signed up for BC, but when I go to add them, it's adding each person as a member, which is billable. Looking for some additional guidance since I can't seem to add them without being charged for it.

@Misty Ward

Move that board out of the business class team.
