I'm using a private Trello account, accessing it from my PC, iPhone and iPad.
Recently, I can not login to Trello app/web page on from my iPad, due to an error:
"Something went wrong while attempting to validate your credentials",
At the same time 'Recent devices' list in my Atlassian account shows the iOS18.7 device as connected iPhone(See screenshot)
Is there a way to contact the support team to fix it?
Solved:
Update web browser on your iPad, make sure cookies are enabled for Safari (Settings > Safari > Block Cookies: set to "From third parties and advertisers" or "Never") .
