Can board guests use jotform?

We invite guest to certain boards (as non-chargeable feature), and we want them to be able to complete and submit a jotform survey attached to cards. It seems not to be possible. Can anyone verify this? I suspect we may need to pay for them as members in order to do this. Any advice appreciated.

@Chris Hancock their payment status won't make a difference -- once someone is a member of a board, Trello doesn't discriminate on how they got there :)

Most likely they will need to authenticate their own Jotform account with the power up in order to access the form which will probably be prohibitively difficult.

You could attach a link to a Jotform or Google Form to the card instead.
