With increasing concerns over data privacy and cyber security, Zero Knowledge Proof (ZKP) have emerged as a potential solution for secure and private verification without sharing sensitive underlying data. ZKP allow a party to confirm knowledge of a fact (e.g., age, income, or identity) without revealing the fact itself.
In theory, this would make identity verification with privacy protection, secure payment, and confidential medical records sharing a reality.
