For example,
I use Trello solo for my day-to-day, however rely on other members of my team to complete things on tickets that I am tracking
When a card is by an external factor (other team member, pending approval, etc) - I move these cards to a list labelled "Blocked".
I am wondering if it is possible for me to use Scheduled automation, or something similar, so that:
Alternatively, I would settle for an email or slack message to be sent to myself listing the card names that are in "Blocked"
Any help or other suggestions is appreciated! Thanks
There are several ways you can do this.
One thing work looking at to avoid automation is to use Dashcards powerup. You can set it up to show a counter of the number of cards in list "Blocked" and if you open that card, you will also see a list of the card that you can click on.
Other options include using automation to schedule a report, which can be posted to a slack channel or to an email:

Hi Mike, thanks for the assist.
These both get me halfway to what I am trying to get to, I'd like to pull in cards from boards I am not the owner of but am a member of.
Doesn't seem like scheduling a report can pull from any other boards than the one it is being created on. And Dashcards power-up can only select boards that you are the owner of.
Am I out of luck? My thought for a workaround is create a bunch of automation rules to copy all the required cards into a new list on the 'main' board where a report is set up. But this seems messy.
