Can I use butler with a public board?

I wish to make public board with butler automation. If somebody makes copy of the board will the butler commands be available to them?

I'm hoping to encourage some people to use a trello board for free. There would be maybe 5 - 10 commands created in Butler. I think with a free account one has this allocation.

@Rob Hough Nope, they'll have to set up their own Butler commands, but you could share instructions on how to do it
