Can I share my timeline with team members who don't have a paid account?

I have a small business and team... We have 3 department heads who are looking to get a paid account, can I share my timeline so other team members and external contractors can see our timelines even if they don't have a paid account and only have a free one?

It seems like only members of your board can see the timeline.
