Can I see who deleted comments?

Hi folk, as you all know there is an option in every card that allows to see the details whos added other members or made changes. BUT how do I see if someone deleted comments? Thanks

Hello,

As far as I know, deleted comments cannot be restored, so this implies that comments are not stored after a deletion and possible the comment doesn't leave any data in the database.

In order to retrieve comments and historic data, you will need to retrieve database backups.

Hi, thanks for your respond. It's not about restoring the comments. It's more about the tracking just to make sure nobody could delete comments without somebody noticing. Everything is beeing tracked like moving cards or deleting an attachment...

If you don't want comments to be deleted by anyone, I suggest you to edit the permission scheme and give access just for few users.

Another thing you can do is to create a notification for deleted comments on a specific task. 

But this needs to be set manually for each issue... But may exist something automatically ( which I don't know ..yet), 

This is the view of my Notification helper, maybe in for Trello looks different.
