Can I migrate a team (with all boards) to another account?

We have a team inside a global corporate account (Enterprise). The company wil shut down this account, but here in Brazil we want to keep our boards. Can we migrate the team with our boards to other account? How can we do that?

Hi Ana,

Based on your situation here is what I would suggest: make sure the team you are mentioning is downgraded from an Enterprise Team to a Free Team. Then, while you still have access to the team, add a new free account as an admin of that board.

That admin will be able to remove other members from the team, and have control o ver the boards. So this is not moving the team, but has the same effect in the end.

I would advise to make sure no users with the Enterprise email address are left in the team, as it could cause the team to be deactivated. If you have specific questions or issues with one Enterprise Team, please write us a support ticket and we will be glad to look further into it.

@ana.ulir you can't migrate a team between accounts, but you can change the team that a board is in
