Hi, I am on the free version and we use "stickers" on cards. I am set up to receive email notifications on comments, etc...however, I don't seem to get email notifications when there is sticker activity. Is that possible? How? Thanks!
Stickers are more a "Fun" feature than something that is traceable or used to trigger an action.
You could replace the action of adding a sticker and instead use a button or other trigger.
An example of a button command:This allows you to still use stickers but the marking of a due date complete will create a notification...
You could do the same with an automation rule, a couple of examples are below:
When a card is moved to list "Done", mark the due date as complete and add the check sticker to the card
When a green "Done label is added to a card, mark the due date as complete and add the check sticker to the card
When a green "Done" label is removed from the card, mark the due date as incomplete and remove the check sticker from the card
