Do what I do, which is I always set my main account as "file & admin at company", then myself in as a standard user.

Means I see it the way others do, but also, a copy of everythign I posted gets forwarded to the email as well so is great as an emergency backup for insurance purposes or incase anyone deletes the post where they told you to do something and says "what post".
